What would you like to affirm today?

To me, the Native Amercian culture best describes "GOD". There is no clear mention of gender, race, color, age or embodiment...with maybe a little nip if you don't respect it's space. The creatures and their part in the "making" of that great spirit...is gentle and wise. Rainbows of color are allowed and create grand paintings in the sky, and shine in crystals. Healing is natural and all are given access to it. Finally, the family role nature plays in our lives, the synchronicity it bears, and it's whisper of wisdom in the wind, is simply miraculous.

sweet topper

Here is Rocky.

He likes beans...and kids....

when they are nice to him,

Every time I made chili he went wild, I noticed

So I give them to him now.

They are very nutritious.

He is a sweet little one with a fleur de lei top :)

Be funny to put a lei around his neck someday,

but he would have to be ok with that and it would have to be very tiny.

Love,

 J :)

How do you like to be woken up?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 10, 2008:

With truth ...even if it is cold hard truth. And I usually see it comin'. But I don't have to like it, or let it get in my way on the journey. I have changed many flat tires, being a woman. But I don't have to worry about getting water or maggots in my food....But I do have to feel for those we do, and I do not like it.

A friend of mine wrote me the nicest note. Just to tell me he loved me today. Thank goodness for those kinds of friends. Just like a sunrise aren't they...?

EMF and your Health

Posted on Nov 1st, 2008 by Bluewater : J :) Bluewater

I am taking a break from extra EMF this week. So I will be off my computer.  I learned how important it was from a friend of mine, who has her doctorate in Oriental Medicine.

What have you overvalued in life?

Posted on Oct 29th, 2008 by Bluewater : J :) Bluewater
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 29, 2008:

The bright side. The shadow has equal value....lessons...and importance. It comes from the light, after all. Balancing the two is the challenge. Carlin was a master entertainer and teacher, making sure people knew the shadow was important, and hit every "extreme" he could find. He brought about awareness...Telling people things cannot change... is a huge incentive for people to desire change. Effective, cloak and dagger, in my opinion. One passionate man. What a warrior... flipping over the tables of injustice.

Gratitude

Posted on Oct 28th, 2008 by Bluewater : J :) Bluewater
The sunset dipped the clouds in rainbow pastels,
As the sky dimmed and stars began to shine.
I thanked God for the music and the blessings of the journey.
For the questions I still have in my soul.
For the things that are to come, and the people I have yet to meet.
For the children and their smiles and talents galore.
For my friends and family who stand by my side.
For the one I meet someday who holds me close and says "it's you".
For the sweet memories of past and hopes of future.
For the earth and her delicate creatures of strength.
For the water that quenches my thirst.
For the air that I breathe and for my health and good fortune.
For the balance of the sun and the moon.
For the blessing to help others along the way.
For the quiet guidance that lights my life and tests my soul.
And for the river of love that nourishes my spirit.

Thank you.

Gratitude - with Deepak Chopra
